PICTURE FRAME Things you need: -Old Plastic Toploader -Necklace beads/letters -Decoden -Tweezers Step 1: Test the decoden first on a surface to know the consistency. Step 2: Form Shapes to design the sides of the top loader.       Step 3: While the decoden is still wet, put designs on it.
