PICTURE FRAME

Things you need:

-Old Plastic Toploader

-Necklace beads/letters

-Decoden

-Tweezers

Step 1: Test the decoden first on a surface to know the consistency.

Step 2: Form Shapes to design the sides of the top loader.

     

Step 3: While the decoden is still wet, put designs on it. Gently put designs above it, any design is possible.

                                                    

Step 4: Make sure that the decoden is all clean and wait for it to dry.

                                                    

Step 5: All set! Have fun on your next designing, it is perfect for pictures just like a frame.
